Kirkhill-TA’s complete in-house plastic extrusion capability includes the design and production of extrusion dies and prototype part fabrication. Production parts may combine any of Kirkhill-TA’s plastic extrusion inline manufacturing and finishing processes including embossing, hole and slot punching, forming, sizing and imprinting. Also available are fabrication drilling, routing, notching, grinding, flaring, punching, shaping and splicing services. Kirkhill-TA manufacturing experts are pro-active in offering advice on how these processes may lower the cost of complex molded parts.
