Custom sponge extrusions feature extruded closed cell with a variety of profiles up to 4" to fulfill almost any sealing or gasketing requirement. Available in soft, medium, and firm pressures. Extrusions possess a continuous “Self-Skin” that resists moisture penetration and provide good physical durability.

Custom Molded Sponge open cell can be manufactured in a variety of shapes to meet a wide range of design requirements. The open cell sponge offers a minimum amount of compression set. Sponge can be provided in a variety of colors, cell sizes, and degrees of firmness.

Kirkhill-TA closed-cell silicone molded sponge can accommodate temperature extremes from -120º F to 500º F.
